Equipment Description

The processing of Chinese herbal medicine waste residue, including extrusion and unloading, is carried out simultaneously. The extruded medicinal liquid can be filtered and reused. The waste truck unloading opening is small, with a mere 1m x 1m passageway to the bottom layer. The floor opening is small and features automatic door openings to prevent odors and steam from rising, ensuring employee safety. Fully automated control is achieved using a touchscreen and PLC. The specific sliding wire frame and flat wire/frame have a lifespan more than five times that of other types. The waste residue is thoroughly squeezed dry, eliminating dripping from the waste trucks and protecting the hygiene inside and outside the plant.

Main technical parameters

When the extraction tank requires slag discharge, the slag removal vehicle is started remotely or via touchscreen control. It moves to the area beneath the extraction tank requiring slag discharge, opens the tank's slag discharge door, and loads the medicinal waste into the slag hopper of the slag removal vehicle. The vehicle then moves to the loading point of the inclined conveyor, and the slag removal vehicle is activated to separate the medicinal residue and liquid simultaneously. The liquid enters a storage tank (which can be reused after filtration) or flows into the water treatment center. Simultaneously, the residue enters the inclined conveyor hopper, is lifted to the storage bin, and then loaded onto a transport truck for transport outside the plant.
