The crystallization tank is made of stainless steel, with the inner wall mechanically polished or electrolytically mirror polished, and the outer wall insulated with an S30408 fully welded structure. The outer surface is finished with a mirror or matte finish. A 0.22µm breather is installed on the crystallization tank.

The crystal tank can withstand high-temperature sterilization at 121℃ and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

The external connection ports of the tank are made of sanitary quick-opening connectors.

The crystallization tank is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, two sight glasses, a cleaning ball, and interfaces such as a nitrogen inlet and a thermometer port.

The shaft is sealed with a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure that materials are not contaminated.

The crystallizer can be equipped with a frequency converter, allowing for a wide range of speed adjustment for the stirring shaft.
